Art. 1. These General Terms and Conditions (the "General Terms and Conditions") regulate the relationship between Urartu Gallery (FZE), a company organized and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), registered under license number 5605, with its registered office and principal place of business at Block B-B28-160, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier,” and the customers, hereinafter referred to as the “Users,” of the online store Urartu Gallery (FZE) (the “Online Store”), owned by the Supplier.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Art. 3. The Online Store is an e-commerce platform accessible at the internet addresshttps://urartugallery.com/ through which Users may:

1. View and purchase goods and services offered by the Supplier;

2. Obtain product and service information, including pricing and delivery conditions;

3. Conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods and services;

4. Make electronic payments and transactions.

5. Exercise their rights under UAE law, including consumer protection rights.

6. Withdraw from the contract where applicable, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Art. 4. The Supplier ensures delivery and guarantees Users’ rights in accordance with applicable UAE laws and best commercial practices.

IV. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

Art. 6. (1) Users may access the Online Store with or without registration. Registration is free and voluntary.

(2) Users must provide accurate information, including full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.

(3) Placing an order requires explicit acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

(4) The Supplier confirms orders by electronic communication or telephone.

(5) The Supplier reserves the right to reject orders or suspend accounts if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

V. PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Art. 7. Users purchase goods and services through the Online Store by following these steps:

1. Selecting desired products or services.

2. Providing accurate personal and delivery details.

3. Choosing payment and delivery methods.

4. Confirming the order by accepting the Terms and Conditions.

5. Receiving order confirmation from the Supplier.

Art. 8. Payment must be made at the time of order or upon delivery, as per the available options.

VI. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Art. 9. (1) The Supplier provides accurate descriptions and prices of goods in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

(2) Users are entitled to clear information on pricing, taxes, and additional charges.

Art. 10. (1) Consumers may return goods within 14 days from receipt, provided the items remain unused and in original packaging.

(2) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

(3) The right of return does not apply to certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, or digital content.

VII. DATA PROTECTION

Art. 11. (1) The Supplier processes personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

(3) Users have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data.

The website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

VIII. LIABILITY

Art. 12. (1) The Supplier is not responsible for force majeure events, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.

(2) Users shall indemnify the Supplier for any damages arising from fraudulent or unlawful use of the Online Store.

IX. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Art. 13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Art. 14. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement or, if unresolved, referred to the relevant UAE courts.

X. AMENDMENTS

Art. 15. The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes.

Art. 16. The latest version of the General Terms and Conditions will always be available on the Online Store’s website.
