fresh, and daily fresh cut flowers.
Our delivery policy ensures that your order is handled with
care and delivered promptly. Below are the terms and conditions of our delivery
and shipping services:
1. Delivery Areas & Shipping Zones
- We
deliver to the seven Emirates are: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm
Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
2. Delivery Fees & Charges
- Free
Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery for orders with
minimum purchase as follows;
450 AED for Dubai
850 AED for Sharjah
1500 AED for Abu Dhabi
2000 AED for Ajman, Umm Al Quwain,
Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
- Local
Delivery: Delivery charges for local areas are typically will apply if minimum order will not be
reach as follows:
50 AED for Dubai
120 AED for Sharjah
150 AED for Abu Dhabi
250 AED for Ajman, Umm Al Quwain,
Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah
- Same-Day
Delivery: Available for orders placed before cut-off time 6:00 PM.
3. Delivery
Address & Order Handling
- If
your flowers arrive damaged or you are not satisfied with their quality,
please contact us upon receiving the delivery.
- We
take special care in packaging flowers, but occasional delays or damage
during transit may occur.
5. Substitutions
- In the
event of flower availability issues, we may substitute flowers of equal value
to ensure your order is fulfilled promptly. If a substitution is required,
we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Holiday & Peak Season Delivery
- During
peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas,
delivery times may be longer than usual. We encourage customers to place
orders early to ensure timely delivery.
- Due to
high demand, same-day delivery may not be available during peak periods.
7. Signature Requirement
- For
certain deliveries, particularly for high-value orders, a signature may be
required at the time of delivery. You will be notified if this applies to
your order.
8. Delivery Delays
- While
we strive to meet our delivery schedules, weather conditions, traffic, or
other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will make every effort
to keep you informed in the event of such delays.
9. Returns & Refunds
- Due to
the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if
you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us upon receiving the arrangement
for a potential replacement or refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
